Julie Williams, 12, Alexis Williams, 11, and stepbrother, Jake Hackworth, race go-carts down SR 328. The kids live on top of a hill next to the road in New Plymouth and therefore use the highway as their go-cart track. There are few kids with differing ages living in the village, so most of them spend time with their siblings.
