Marilyn Turner, 79, puts out her Marlboro cigarette in a teal ashtray that she keeps next to her reclining chair on February 24, 2017 in New Plymouth, Ohio. Marilyn has lived in this home intermittently for the past 74 years since moving into the home in September 1942. Her mother, Evelyn, bought the house when Marilyn was 4-years-old after Marilyn's dad was killed while working at an electric company. Evelyn was a postmaster for New Plymouth and built the post office onto the side of their home in the 1950s. Marilyn has never been married, nor had children, but she boasts to have been lovingly dubbed "Aunt Marilyn" by many friends and families' children.
