The trustees of The New Plymouth Cemetery Association have a discussion over their aerial map of the cemetery. The group meets quarterly and picks new representatives every Memorial Day. However, the current president, Harry Kropff, has held the position since 1994. The association was incorporated in 1927, stemming from an organization that formed on March 10, 1990 dubbed The Friends of the New Plymouth Cemetery. The cemetery is plotted in both Vinton and Hocking County, with the majority being in Hocking. The association was also granted a trust fund, however the group can only used the interest from the fund. The trust fund, itself, cannot be spent.
