Dr. Lauren McPherson files down the sharp points of the teeth of the recently rescued horse, Murphy, at Bella Run Equine. Murphy was bought off of a kill buyer at Sugarcreek Horse Auction and had shown protectiveness of his food. Bella Run now believes that it has to do with the soreness of his mouth from sharp and loose teeth. Dr. McPherson fell in love with horses at the age of 7 when she learned to ride in Belgium. Her love has now transformed into a career in Equine Medicine. "My passion is horses," she remarks.
